We dive into the theme of Nourishing Relationships, which both include to recognize and cherish the nourishment our current relationships offer. As well as to develop our capacity for listening, sharing openly and honestly, bringing awareness to how I want to be and act in my relationships and what kind of relationships I want to contribute to.
A continued process of Cultivating Richness – A Path of Meaningful Living, welcome to join:

August 11: Qigong
August 18: Reflection Exercise & small group sharing
Weekly Practice Sessions offer a steady, welcoming rhythm to support presence, clarity, and genuine connection in everyday life. Each week opens a different doorway into meaningful living—meditation, contemplative teachings, gentle qigong, or reflective inquiry and shared dialogue. These themes rotate naturally, allowing each aspect of practice to deepen over time while offering both variety and continuity. Together, we engage the body, heart, and mind with curiosity, kindness, and care.
You’re invited to come exactly as you are. Within a respectful and supportive space, we explore lived experience together and gradually cultivate awareness, compassion, and integrity in daily life.
Each session begins with a brief check-in in the chat, followed by about 30 minutes of guided practice or teaching from Jem. The final 10 minutes are open for sharing, reflections, or questions. Every gathering includes a simple, practical exercise you can carry with you into the coming week.
These sessions are offered on a dana (generosity) basis. Dana is the practice of giving and receiving in a natural flow of care and gratitude. Jem’s intention is to keep this space accessible and inclusive, regardless of your financial circumstances. At the same time, participants are invited to reflect on the value of what they receive and the time, energy, and ongoing care required to hold and sustain these gatherings. Jem has dedicated decades to simple, mindful living and service in order to offer this work. Sharing and supporting one another from the heart is itself part of the practice, cultivating a sense of richness and connection for all.
